I had some bad experiences with this car park almost two years ago, which made me stop using it for a while. However, I decided to give it another try a few months later, as I was travelling frequently — and I’m glad I did. The service has improved significantly. The staff and drivers are friendly and professional, and the waiting time is now among the shortest I’ve experienced. I now use them regularly and highly recommend their service.

We booked Flyaway for a short trip to the gold coast Friday night through early Monday morning returning 12.00 am. Along with the reasonable price charged, the whole process was fast, simple and very efficient, staff in the booking office were very friendly and polite as were the shuttle drivers, delivering a quick response for our early morning pickup and on returning back to their yard our vehicle was parked right at the entrance ready to go. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Flyaway for all our future trips.

Very bad treatment. They wanted to park our van at the entrance to a construction site and told us they'd be moving it every day when the workers arrived. We told them we didn't want it moved and that it would be surrounded by machinery, and they gave us dirty looks. When we returned from our trip, we called them to come get us, and the guy who answered the phone treated us very badly. We told him to speak slowly because we didn't speak English, and he started insulting us and teasing us. We called again because he hung up the phone and we didn't understand him. He answered by yelling at us a lot and speaking poorly. It's also a six-minute drive to the airport, and we were waiting for an hour. Very unprofessional and very bad treatment.

A huge thank you to the staff on night shift who went above and beyond. Coming home in a wheel chair was hard enough with the new airport making shuttles so far from the terminal and then we left a bag in the wheelchair. First time we used Flyaway and very impressed we arrived back on Monday 30th June at 5am in the morning and we were picked up within 5 minutes of getting to the pick up point. When I went to get our car the lovely gentleman told me my battery was faulty and they had to jump it and run it so when I turned up it started, this was just wonderful service and make our experience much easier. Have no problem dealing with them again, please thank the person who looked after us I did not take his name.Not to long to the Airport and there staff both ends were brilliant and so helpful.

Phenomenal and unexpected service. Arrived to rent a van for a party of 9 having arrived from Barbados and Canada. Turns out the booking site had cancelled our reservation and booked us with another provider. Flyaway didn’t have any vehicles available and the location for our new rental was about 30 minutes away. We were about to get 4 Ubers to move us and the luggage when the manager said that he would drop us there. He did. Refused to take a payment saying he was going in that direction anyway. I travel a lot and it was refreshing as most experiences with rental companies (and taxi companies) are quite the opposite. It was really appreciated and while we didn’t rent a vehicle from them, the ethos was excellent and refreshing. I’d recommend them 150%.
