Professional. Really fantastic experience. Nash was phenomenal. Took 15 minutes from car drop off to airport drop off. On my return, it took 15 mins for airport pickup. Took care of my car, car was in the same condition when I left it. No added mileage, does not smell cigars. Thank you so much FlyAway!

Fantastically helpful. Flew in from tropics on international to then catch a flight down to artic queenstown experiencing a winter blast. Flyaways enabled us to change out our tropical island luggage for our winter wonderland luggage that we had stored in our vehicle, the flyaways team bent over backwards to make it an easy and smooth transaction. Excellent seamless service as ever.Always a bit hit and miss if you’ll have a van ready to go when you want picked up /delivered… But then, if in a rush you’d just park at the airport anyway and pay the premium! 🙂

A great place to leave your car BUT the attitude of the receptionists leaves a lot to be desired. Atleast give us a smile and be a bit more friendlier?The drivers on the other hand are fantastic.The staff who man the reception desks could learn a lot about customer service from them

Would like to first state, I would recommend, and I would use again.Positives: Quick effortless booking and fantastic cost wise. Prompt pick up and drop off, great driver on pick up! Friendly, polite, and by the number of calls he was juggling - hard working. Car was safe, secure, and exactly as we left it.Negatives: The girls (different girls at both pick up and drop off) were disinterested. Upon pick up, the lady was nowhere to be found. Several of us were waiting, then when she did return, she was very unhelpful to the people she served before me. Luckily, I was only there to collect keys. Also, you'll need to ask the counter staff or driver for a car seat if you need one, although requested with your booking, it doesn't seem to carry over to the pick up/drop off staff.

Fantastic service. Our flights got cancelled so wasn't able to arrive on the original check out time but they still accommodated our new flight arrival time. They also put up our window shade up after we've asked them to (written on a piece of paper). Great experience with them.

Very happy with their service.1st time in NZ for Park n fly and there were so many companies and called several, I liked the way Flyaway spoke and booked through them and got the confirmation and on the day it was a very smooth process and when we returned at 4am early morning the shuttle was in the pick-up location in 10 minutes. Collected the car in no time.Was really a positive experience the whole team from manager to driver was responsive, attentive and professional.I will keep using this service in future.Thank you team!
