When A Booking Passes Without Notice

When A Flight Is Cancelled After You Have Dropped Off Your Car
If you discover a cancellation after checking in your vehicle, part of the service (inspection, storage, and shuttle transfer) has already been provided. In this situation we can:
- Hold the full value of the booking in credit for future travel.
- Provide a refund less a minimum one-day charge.

Returning Earlier Than Expected
If you collect your vehicle before the original return date, simply speak with our team when you arrive. Where possible we can refund unused days, subject to minimum booking charges. Many customers are not aware this option exists, so if your plans change it is always worth mentioning it to our staff.
When Your Trip Runs Longer Than Planned
If your trip lasts longer than expected, there is nothing you need to worry about. Your car simply remains stored with us until you return. When you collect your vehicle, we apply the $7 per day overstay charge for the additional days. There is no need to notify us in advance unless you wish to; the adjustment is made when you arrive.
